Credit terms are at the absolute discretion of the creditor who may terminate, alter, or deny credit without notice or cause.

• Methods of payment acceptable:
• Cash
• Checks with proper identification and references
• VISA, Mastercard, or American Express (subject to a 5% credit card fee)
• COD by certified check, cashiers check or money order
• Payment terms for established accounts:
• Payment is due thirty (30) days from date of invoice
• Service Charge/Interest Charge:
• All past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month on the outstanding balance
• This is an annual rate of 18%
• Collection costs:
• In the event of a delinquent account, the purchaser agrees to pay all collection costs, attorney's fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of said account, regardless of whether judicial action is undertaken.

I have read the foregoing and understand and agree to the above financial terms as a condition for conducting business with Gertrude Zachary, Inc., and Gertrude Zachary Jewelry, etc.. for products and services.

Wholesale buyers receive an additional 20% discount in addition to the base discount of 50%. First Purchase: $500.00 minimum after discount ($1250.00 retail) Any purchase thereafter: $300.00 Minimum after discount ($750.00 retail) Phone orders: $300:00 minimum after discount ($750.00 retail) Credit Card Purchases receive a 50% less 15% discount. Gertrude Zachary will accept personal checks from new accounts if the merchandise remains in the store's posession until the check clears. A credit check may be done and the potential buyer may take the merchandise if the buyer has a New Mexico Tax Certificate. If you are out of state, we have the appropriate forms in the store, we only need your state's tax exempt certificate. There will be no exchanges or refunds. It is important for the buyer to be certain of their selection before the sale is entered into our records.
