Ordering & Shipping
Standard Orders
Call our office anytime during regular business hours. Both Domestic and International orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. We take all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover).
Order Status Tracking: For the status of your order(s) or questions, please feel free to contact during store hours at 800-682-5768 or email us at jewelry@gertrudezachary.com, or if it is a web order, please check your order from the website.
New Mexico Sales Tax: We do collect state sales tax of 7.625% for all shipments within New Mexico.
Out of State Sales Tax: Orders shipped outside of New Mexico are taxed 4.875%, except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon orders, which are not charged tax.
Domestic Shipments
All orders are insured and shipped via UPS Ground (2-3 days delivery is typical). Base charge for UPS ground is $16, any other special shipping please contact us at 1-800-682-5768 or at jewelry@gertrudezachary.com. Insurance will be charged at the rate of $1 per $100 insurance. Other services must be called in to be requested.
International Shipments - Please contact the store for rates.
Both Domestic and International orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. Also, while we've found that the UPS provides the most reliable, consistent and cost-effective service to our clients throughout the world, contact us if you would like to make shipping arrangements that differ from those described above.
Curbside Pickup
While state mandates surrounding the coronavirus continue to change, here at Gertrude Zachary, our mission remains the same: to enhance the lives and style of New Mexicans and people across the country with beautiful, handcrafted jewelry. To continue to uphold this mission while keeping our staff and customers safe, we’ve implemented a new service—curbside pickup!
It’s easy, efficient, and quickly completed with only a click and a call - just follow these steps:
1. Shop Online
Browse our online catalog to view a variety of jewelry in detail, from necklaces and earrings to rings and bracelets. If you don’t see exactly what you're looking for, just give us a call at (505) 247-4442 to learn about exclusive pieces and custom jewelry options.
2. Checkout & Choose Curbside
After you’ve selected your items, begin checkout and choose “curbside pickup” as your delivery option. Be sure to fill out the checkout form in its entirety, as we’ll need all the information to prepare your order for pickup.
3. Coordinate Pickup
Once we’ve received your order, we’ll give you a call! Our curbside pickup service is available on Monday-Saturday 10 a.m - 6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Upon choosing a time that works best for you, we’ll also explain how our curbside process works and the extra measures we’re taking to ensure your safety.
